Roger Tan

Roger Tan

General Partner, Altallo Asset Management

Roger Tan is the CEO and Vice Chairman of a Single Family Office, as well as a General Partner at Club Estate AG, an alternative asset class firm established in 2018 equipped with a Luxembourg (RAIF) fund structure, operating from offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.

An entrepreneur since 2006, Roger has successfully founded and led multiple businesses across diverse sectors, including Agri commodities trading, real estate investments, and co-founded several start-ups. His entry into commercial real estate began in 2013, with a focus on European market recovery strategies. Since then, he has participated in numerous transactions, provided advisory to family offices, and facilitated over billions in deals globally.

Roger holds a bachelor's degree in business, an MBA from UCLA, and a Master's in Real Estate from NUS. A passionate advocate of lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Singapore Management University.

Seah Jun Hao

General Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Seah Jun Hao is a General Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Altallo Asset Management. He serves on both the Board of Directors of Altallo Asset Management, and on the Board of Directors of Altallo CORE Fund VCC – a MAS registered entity.

A recipient of the prestigious Public Service Commission Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship, Jun Hao served in the Singapore Armed Forces and the Government of Singapore where he was groomed in key appointments including as the Military Private Secretary to a previous Minister in Prime Minister's Office.

An entrepreneur and investor since 2020, Jun Hao has successfully founded, led and exited multiple businesses across diverse sectors including retail, hospitality, technology and MICE. As a community leader, Jun Hao further serves on the Board of Directors of Singapore-Thailand Chamber of Commerce, Antica Foundation, and on the Board of Advisors of other business associations and non-profit organisations. He is also an Affiliate Faculty Member at Singapore Management University.

He graduated from Imperial College London with M.Eng (First Class Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering, and was named Department Aeronautics Scholar. He is also pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School.
